• Customer Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-Show: Failure to appear for the scheduled trip results in forfeiture of the total amount paid.

​

• Weather Cancellation: If the Captain cancels the charter due to unsafe weather or mechanical failure, the customer will be offered a chance to reschedule or a full refund of the deposit.
